Community Rules
Mingle TV lets you meet strangers on video and exchange live messages. By starting a conversation, you agree to follow these rules. If a conversation makes you uncomfortable, leave it.
1. Respect others
Insults, hate speech, humiliation, threats, obscene gestures and harassment are prohibited. Do not discriminate based on background, religion, gender, age, appearance, sexual orientation or any other personal characteristic. Respect someone’s refusal immediately.
2. Keep interactions non-sexual
Nudity, displaying underwear or intimate body parts, sexual gestures, masturbation, sexual solicitation and requests to undress are prohibited. Do not point the camera at your crotch or other body parts in a sexualised context, even while clothed. Sexual messages, sounds, images and emojis are also prohibited.
3. Show a real conversation
Keep your face visible, wear appropriate clothing and use a well-lit space. Do not replace your image with prerecorded video, a photo, a screen, a game, a digital mask or an avatar. Do not film someone else without permission. Avoid intimate locations, misleading framing and backgrounds that reveal private information. Check your framing before switching cameras.
4. Avoid spam and scams
Advertising, commercial solicitation, mass messages, promotional or social profile links and requests for likes or subscriptions are prohibited. Do not request money, bank details, passwords or identity documents. Do not impersonate another person or a team member.
5. Report violations
During a conversation, use the flag, choose a reason and add a factual description if needed. A report sends the partner’s IP observed by the server, estimated country, time, technical identifiers, reason and details. It ends the conversation. No video capture or automatic copy of the chat is attached.
Reports are reviewed manually afterwards. Administrators may dismiss a report or ban an IP for 1, 7 or 30 days. There is no automatic ban based on the number of complaints, continuous video monitoring or guaranteed round-the-clock availability. Do not make false reports or respond to a violation with another violation.
6. Protect minors
You must be at least 18 and an adult in your country. There are no exceptions, including parental permission. Do not lend your device to a minor to use Mingle TV. Report anyone you suspect is a minor and leave the conversation.
Any content, contact or behaviour involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. Report the issue without downloading, capturing or redistributing illegal content. Device parental controls may help restrict access to the site; they do not constitute age verification by Mingle TV.
7. Respect the operation of the service
Do not use bots, scripts or tools to manipulate matches, bypass a ban, overload the service or access data without permission. Do not record or distribute your partner’s image or messages without consent.
Tips for a good conversation
Check your camera and microphone, stay present and use stop when you step away. Think before following a stranger’s request. Do not share your address, financial information or details that could identify your location. Be cautious if you consider meeting someone offline. Even a brief or accidental violation may be reported; each case should be considered in context.
Contact and appeals
To appeal a restriction or contact the team, email aurorawebsec@gmail.com with the date and report reference, if available. Rules may change; the version date appears at the top of this page. See also the Terms of Use.
