Terms of Use

Mingle TV · Version dated 9 September 2026

1. Service and operator

Mingle TV, available at mingletv.app, offers random video conversations and live text messages without a sign-up form. These terms govern use of the site together with the Community Rules. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed.

Operator: Aurora Web & Security. Address: To be completed by the operator before public launch.. Contact: aurorawebsec@gmail.com.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority in your country if it is higher. Minors may not use Mingle TV, even with parental permission or supervision. On arrival, you must confirm your age and accept these terms and the rules before entering the chat. Selecting “I am under 18” redirects you to Google.

This confirmation is a self-declaration, not an identity or age check by a third party. Bypassing this restriction is prohibited. Report anyone you suspect is a minor using “Suspected minor”.

3. Use and availability

You may use Mingle TV for personal purposes, respecting other participants and the law. The camera and microphone are activated only at your request and with browser permission. You can end a conversation with stop or change partners with skip at any time. Connection and mobile data costs remain your responsibility.

Connections may be interrupted by network problems, maintenance or changes to the service. No level of availability or particular match is guaranteed. The current version offers no subscriptions or purchases.

4. Your content and other participants

You retain rights to the content you transmit. You authorise only the technical processing needed to transmit it to your partner and operate the conversation. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from anyone appearing on camera. The service does not claim any right to resell your conversations.

Do not share illegal content, other people’s personal information or material that infringes their rights. Do not record or share a conversation or someone’s image without permission. A participant can still record their screen: Mingle TV cannot guarantee that others will not take captures.

5. Safety and protection of minors

Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, attempts to sexually solicit a minor and encouragement of such acts are strictly prohibited. Sexual content, nudity, threats, hate, harassment, scams and violence are also prohibited. Report the issue and leave the conversation; do not save or redistribute illegal content.

Impersonation, using bots to flood matches, bypassing access restrictions, attacking the infrastructure and attempting unauthorised admin access are prohibited. Report vulnerabilities to the operator without accessing other people’s data.

6. Reports, restrictions and appeals

The flag lets you report your partner during a conversation. The server records the reason, optional details and technical data described in the Privacy Policy, then ends the match. No video capture or automatic copy of the chat is attached.

Administrators may review or dismiss a report, request further information and apply a temporary IP ban for 1, 7 or 30 days. The number of reports does not automatically trigger a ban. There is no live video monitoring or guarantee of round-the-clock review. Reports of illegal content must be handled in accordance with the operator’s applicable obligations, including referral to authorities where required.

To appeal a restriction or report an issue outside a conversation, contact the operator with the date, the issue and the report reference if available. An IP can be shared or change; a restriction may therefore affect multiple people.

7. Responsibility and external links

Each user is responsible for their actions and the content they transmit. Mingle TV provides tools to leave and report conversations but cannot guarantee the behaviour of strangers. The operator remains responsible as required by applicable law; no provision excludes mandatory user rights.

External sites have their own terms and policies. Do not present a link to Mingle TV as an endorsement of your activities. Embedding the service in another page requires permission from the operator.

8. Changes and contact

Changes are published on this page with their date. Substantial changes to access conditions must be presented to affected users before they take effect. Stop using the service if you no longer accept the terms. For questions, email aurorawebsec@gmail.com.
